We have also known ghee as Clarified butter. Earlier days people make butter at home, then they cook it for a long time in slow flame to get Ghee. Nowadays making Ghee at home is an easy and fast process and whenever you make something at home, it will be purest. If you’re using Ghee every day it is best to make it at home and use the homemade Ghee instead of buying more.
Ingredients
Unsalted butter, you can get unsalted butter at any grocery store.
Instruction
- Take the butter.
- Put the butter stick in the Instant Pot and put a sauce mode and cook it for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes, open the lid when it has cooled down. You will see it is all clear and it all liquid and if not, you can cook it for another 3 to 5 minutes and it will be ready.
You can store it for up to six months and if you need it, I recommend That you make it every month so you don't run out. It is easy and convenient to make Ghee yourself.
