Gulgule are famous in North India. People make this as Prasad as well.
11\2 Aata (Wheat Flour)
6 Spoon Sugar
3 Table Spoon oil
3 Table Spoon Khaskhas dana
Water to make better
Instructions
- Mix Aata, Sugar, Khaskhas, and oil first. Then add water to make a thick paste.
- little water at a time, otherwise it will make lumps in the dough. leave better 15 minutes to rest.
- Heat the oil in a pan and deep Dry small better bolls and it will be ready to serve.
